The document "Support-Ticket" (see attachments) contains step-by-step instructions for creating a support recording.
Please make sure to select the appropriate "Station Type":
2D Station = dark monitor, touch function
3D Station = white monitor frame, Kinect sensor installed
Add a short error description.
Scan the QR-Code on the station to start the exercise and the recording at the same time.
Under "Draft" you will find the recordings that have not yet been sent on the
online platform. By clicking on "Show ticket details", you will be given the option to submit the recording.
It is important that the affected member does the exercise and that the problem is clearly displayed in the Support Recording.
