How to add a new member / user?

To start the registration process quickly and easily, please clarify in advance whether a mobile PixApp account (smartphone) has already been created: 


I. New user without mobile PixApp account: 

1. open the ‘Users’ menu.   
2. click on the ‘New User’-button at the top right.  
3. there is no mobile PixApp account, then select the option ‘Want to create a new user?’ with ‘Create’-button. 
4. please fill in all mandatory fields marked with ‘*’ (QR activation code / first, last & display name / password (+confirmation) / gender)  
Save data with ‘Next’-button. 
5. finally, please accept the privacy policy & General Terms by ticking the boxes and complete the registration by clicking the ‘Accept’-button.  


II. New user with mobile PixApp account:

1. open the ‘Users’ menu.   
2. click on the ‘New User’-button at the top right.  
3. if a mobile PixApp account exists, select the option ‘User already has a Mobile App account and you want to connect to your club?’ 
4. start connecting the two accounts with the ‘Add’-button. 
5. Enter the e-Mail address that is used for the mobile PixApp account and the new QR-code. 
6. click on the ‘Done’-button at the right.  
7. Confirm the process with the ‘Connect’-button. 
8. The confirmation message appears at the bottom. Click on ‘Go to User Account’ to open the new account on the Admin platform.
