Why do I get "Contact Support" message when scanning my QR Code with the App?
The reason for receiving the Error message "Contact Support" is that you have registered on the App with the different email address as on the Pix Platform. That's is why the the app cannot "connect" and send the data.
In that case please change your email address directly in the App. Here's how to do it:
Step 1:
Click on your profile picture
Step 2:
Click on the Setup button below your name
Step 3:
Choose "Change E-mail address"
Step 4:
Type in the email address you are using on the Pix Platform
Step 5:
Open your email (on your phone) and click on the link, in order to confirm
