What should I do if the repetitions are not being counted correctly?
Please adjust your position in front of the Pix Station.
For a complete recognition, your entire body (including your feet) should be visible. In rare cases, a direct light source (sun- or overhead lighting) can disturb or distort recognition. Please check your lighting conditions.
Very large or baggy clothing can also cause issues, because your joints might be “invisible” for the camera to recognize. It also might happen that the sensor cannot detect clothing made of synthetic materials ( e.g. Lycra). This can easily be checked, by trying on clothes of different materials (cotton is recommended).
