If a user profile / user account is deleted by the user himself via the PixApp or private user account, all data and information such as training results, settings, individual training plans, health and body measurements are irretrievably deleted. A reactivation is no longer possible in this case.
Please inform all PixApp users that only uninstalling the app on the smartphone screen will not delate their account.
Due to the current data protection laws we are obliged to give every user the possibility to delete all personal data.
If a user profile / user account is deleted via the trainer / physiotherapist in the administrator account, the data can be reactivated in many cases.
In order to unlock the personal data, the consent of the person is required, see PDF document on "consent to data transfer" in annexes, below.
