Deleting the PixApp: How to delete all personal data of the Pixformance profile?
Please open the PixApp settings via the gear icon. Scroll down to the bottom and select "Delete account".
Attention: If a Pixformance profile is deleted via the user profile, the data is irretrievably deleted. Since the data protection reform 2018 we are obliged:
1. give each user this option
2. complete the deletion.
Please explain the difference between PixApp to anyone who uses the PixApp
Please explain all the PixApp users between uninstalling and delating
Uninstalling:
Data is retained, the PixApp disappears from the smartphone (more informations in this article)
Delating:
All the data is gone, PixApp is not uninstalled.
